A global healthcare company

The company wanted to introduce a new product into the hospital setting, and was tasked to implement it in a 12-month period. This required a full development effort. The company lacked appropriate internal resources, so it retained L. Stern & Associates to lead the effort.

Working closely with management, L. Stern & Associates did the following:
Directed Voice of Customer research to identify the optimal product and pricing

Led development of claims and packaging

Worked closely with product management office to keep the project team focused

Worked with internal marketing team on implementation

The product was successfully brought to market in the required timeframe
